有沒有聽過身邊的人說甜品是女士們的第二個胃?究竟在荃灣哪一間甜品店是最美味,最受女士們歡迎呢?今次我們荃灣之最逐個捉會為大家介紹的甜品店是SugarLand!
SugarLand 裝潢很光猛,而且有一半開式的廚房,可以看到內裡乾坤。店舖外也有類似露天茶座式的用區,可見有點心思。在晚上,你會看到SugarLand 門外大排長龍,
一眾SugarLand的粉絲在門外等候排隊。究竟那款甜品是荃灣之最逐個捉最值得推介給你呢?
Do you know which one dessert house is the tastiest dessert in Tsuen Wan? The Superior Tsuen Wan is going to introduce to you SugarLand! The decoration of SugarLand is very elegant with the half-open kitchen. Undoubtedly you can see the insider operation. Outside the dessert house has also a similar style with alfresco dining area, showing. In the evening, you will see there is a long queue outside SugarLand. Now we are going to introduce some of the delicious and famous desserts to you. 

SugarLand 三種特色甜品推介
Three types of desserts recommend

第一款: 朱古力奶凍
First type: Chocolate panna cotta

古力奶凍賣點是甜品共分為三層,最上層是朱古力雪糕球,中間是可可米,而最下層是3.6奶凍,食客可以品嚐到三種不同層次的口感,由第一口香滑軟綿綿的朱古力雪糕,再吃上第二層梗身的可可米, 到第三層的是濃郁牛奶味的3.6奶凍,整個配合簡直是天衣無逢,值得一試。

The selling point of Chocolate panna cotta dessert is divided into three layers. The top layer is chocolate ice cream ball, the middle layer is cocoa meters, while the lowest is 3.6 panna cotta. The diners can enjoy three different levels of taste, creamy soft from the first bite chocolate ice cream. The second is cocoa meter and the third layer is 3.6 panna cotta rich milk flavor. The whole layer matching is extremely perfect, it is worth to try. 

第二款: 芒果酥皮塔
Second type: Mango crisp pita

果酥皮塔份量比較多和外層比較厚,酥皮外脆內軟,而且酥皮與酥皮之間有小量芒果夾在中間,忌廉特別香滑,不算太膩。

Mango Crisp Pita is quite heavy and the outer layer is relatively thick, crispy outside and soft inside pastry, and a small amount of mango sandwiched between puff pastry and puff pastry and the cream especially creamy, not too greasy.

第三款: 香蕉窩夫
Third type: Banana waffles

蕉窩夫賣相精美,面上曬上燒脆焦糖,配上香滑的雲尼拿雪糕,好味得來又帶出香蕉的鮮味。

最近,不少有格調的咖啡館開始盛行。不但食物款式創新,室內的環境都亦別具特色。因此,我們誠意推介這間荃灣特色人氣小店「荳子 BEANS」。







Nowadays, there are many stylish cafés. Not

only the type of food is innovative, the environment is specialist. We sincerely recommend this café- BEANS which is full of characteristics.
內的裝橫以木材色調為主,黄光燈,配上一些小擺設,走的是簡約風格。店外落地玻璃透射著自然光,給人一種優閒和舒適的氣氛。但美中不足的是店內空間感不足,失去了讓客人放鬆談天的原意。
The color tome of the cafe is wood mainly,
yellow light, and matches with some decorations. 
The store is in simple style. The natural light transmit through the glass, it creates good and comfortable atmosphere. But the space is not enough; it is a blemish in an otherwise perfect
thing. Customers cannot be relaxing to chat in there.

以下我會推介一些特色和人氣的食物:
Now, I would like to recommend some special and famous food:

1) Green Tea Combo  ($88)
中包括綠茶紅豆奶凍、綠茶白朱古力流心朱古力蛋糕及綠茶雪糕,是綠茶愛好者的首選。綠茶紅豆奶凍用「室內玻璃瓶盆栽」的盛載著,相當精緻。奶凍的幼滑配上紅豆蓉和雪糕,可作調味之用,是最好的配搭,也可以增強口感。

店子的綠茶白朱古力流心朱古力蛋糕(心大軟)切開後依然沒有倒下,流心程度不俗,外脆內軟。同時,店主還特意混入白朱古力以中和綠茶的甘澀 ,使其味道恰到好處。綠茶雪糕的味道不過不失,中規中矩。

Green tea combo contains matcha and red bean puddling, molten matcha cake and matcha ice-cream.
It is a top choice of the matcha fans.The matcha and red pudding is put in the glass bottle like potting. The look is fine. The match up is perfect when the smooth pudding combine with the red bean and ice cream. The texture can also be strengthened.The molten matcha cake is not fallen after cutting and the floating level of serum is acceptable. The cake is crisp in outside and soft in inside. Also, the owner adds the white chocolate to neutralize the mouth-puckering taste to balance the taste.
The matcha ice cream is acceptable.


2) 熱玫瑰拿鐵 Hot Rose Latte ($35)
杯拿鐵的咖啡面上的立體拉花是由奶泡生成的泡沫貓咪,貓咪的造型栩栩如生,還露出貓掌。呷一口拿鐵,奶泡十分幼滑。咖啡雖香但玫瑰香氣不是太濃烈,加強一點會比較好。

There is a 3D-cat on the top of the Rose cafe. It is made of the milk foam. The look of 3D-Cat is like a real one, the paws can also be seen on the latte. When tasting the latte, the milk foam tastes smoothly. Besides, although the coffee sounds nice, the aroma of rose is not that strong. It is better to strengthen the taste of rose. 

3) 盆栽木糠布甸Sawdust Pudding in a Flower Pot ($68)

栽木糠布甸造型的像真度十分高,賣相別緻。木糠布甸中的泥是由Oreo碎及餅碎所混合而成,而下面是雪白和充滿牛奶味的木糠布甸,小小薄荷葉插在盆栽上有點綴的作用。當中不得不提的是盆裁的「盆」是用消化餅壓成,創意獨特。再配上雲呢雪糕,給予顧客多一種味道。

The look of Sawdust Pudding in a Flower Pot likes a real flower pot. It is very special and unique. The sawdust pudding is made of small pieces of oreo and biscuit. The bottom is the whitening sawdust pudding with milk taste and the mint leave is for the decoration. Besides, the flower pot is made of digestive biscuit. It shows that the creativity is high. Also, the vanilla ice cream can give customers one more flavor.
